Veggie Noodle & Marinara Bowl
A veg-tastic spin on the classic spaghetti, this light, satisfying bowl is perfect for a quick dinner. Ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients
1 Dr. Praeger’s Mushroom Risotto Veggie Burger
2-3 cups mixed spiralized veggies (zucchini, butternut squash, carrot)
1/2-1 cup marinara sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 450°F. Place burger on an ungreased sheet pan. Bake for 7 minutes. Carefully flip the burger, and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until completely heated through and edges are crisp.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook the veggie noodles for 30 seconds-1 minute, or until tender. Strain completely, carefully shaking out remaining water from the noodles.
- While you wait for the water to boil, simmer the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Arrange noodles, sauce, and veggie burger in a large bowl. Garnish with Parmesan or nutritional yeast, and enjoy!
