Vegetable Puff Kabobs
For a fun addition to classic kabobs, add Dr. Praeger’s Puffs of any variety!
Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- 1 cup baby tomatoes
- 2 cups Dr. Praeger’s Puffs (any variety)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Sriracha mayonnaise (1 tsp. Sriracha mixed with ⅓ cup mayonnaise)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Serves: 6
- Chop peppers and onions into, small ½ inch square pieces, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Alternate vegetables and puffs onto skewer
- Grill for 5-8 mins in a grill basket
- Serve with Sriracha mayonnaise
