For the bowl:

1 box Dr. Praeger’s Classic Chick’n Tenders

4 cups cooked rice

4 cups chopped veggies of choice

For the Thai Peanut sauce:

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter

¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce

1 tsp sriracha

1 tsp grated ginger

½ tsp grated lemongrass (or sub 1 tsp powdered lemongrass)

For Garnish:

Sliced jalapenos, scallions, crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, lime wedges, optional


  1. Cook Dr. Praeger’s Classic Chick’n Tenders according to package instructions.
  2. Make the sauce by gently whisking together all ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust.
  3. Divide rice among 4 large bowls. Arrange with veggies, top with Chick’n Tenders, and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
