1 package Dr. Praeger’s Sweet Potato Hash Browns

1 cup whipped cream cheese, at room temperature

1 tsp lemon zest + more to garnish

1 tbsp real maple syrup + more to serve

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries, or seasonal fruit of choice


  1. Cook Dr. Praeger’s Sweet Potato Hash Browns according to package instructions. Remove from the oven, and set aside for 5 minutes, or until cool enough to handle.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together softened cream cheese, maple syrup, and lemon zest.
  3. Place a single layer of cooked Sweet Potato Hash Browns onto your plate. Top with a cream cheese, berries, and lemon zest. Add another layer of hash browns, and repeat. Drizzle with extra maple and lemon zest and serve immediately!
