Sweet Potato Hash Brown Breakfast Bagel Sandwich
1 everything bagel, toasted
½ tomato, sliced
½ avocado, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter or avocado oil
Cook time: 10 minutes
- Cook Dr. Praeger’s hash browns according to package directions.
- While hash browns cook, fry egg.
- Heat butter or avocado oil over medium-high heat. Crack egg and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until whites are set and sides are crispy.
- Create bagel sandwich: to a bagel add sliced tomato, avocado, Sweet Potato Hash Browns, and sunny side up egg. Top with bagel half and enjoy!
