1 Dr. Praeger’s Super Greens Veggie Burger

1/2 cup spiralized zucchini

1/2 cup leafy salad mix

1/2 cup cooked quinoa

1/2 cup chopped cucumber

1/2 avocado

2-3 tbsp. dressing of choice (tahini vinaigrette works great here!)


  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to bake at 450ºF. Place frozen Super Greens Veggie Burger on an ungreased baking pan. Bake approximately 7 minutes, or until browned. Carefully flip and bake an additional 5 minutes, until heated through and edges are crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, arrange the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle or toss with dressing. Top with veggie burger when finished.
