Super Greens Veggie Bowl

Ingredients
1 Dr. Praeger’s Super Greens Veggie Burger
1/2 cup spiralized zucchini
1/2 cup leafy salad mix
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 avocado
2-3 tbsp. dressing of choice (tahini vinaigrette works great here!)
Directions
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to bake at 450ºF. Place frozen Super Greens Veggie Burger on an ungreased baking pan. Bake approximately 7 minutes, or until browned. Carefully flip and bake an additional 5 minutes, until heated through and edges are crispy.
- Meanwhile, arrange the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle or toss with dressing. Top with veggie burger when finished.
