Spicy Taco Bowl
Spice up taco night with Dr. Praeger’s Black Bean and Quinoa Veggie Burgers.
Ingredients
- 1 Dr. Praeger’s Black Bean and Quinoa Veggie Burger
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ½ cup white or brown rice
- ¼ cup black beans
- ¼ cup pico de gallo
- 3 Tbsp. guacamole
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ red jalapeno, thinly sliced
- ¼ green jalapeno, thinly sliced
Directions
Serves: 1
Cook time: 15 minutes
- Prepare Dr. Praeger’s veggie burger according to package directions.
- Assemble taco bowl: Add spinach, rice, beans, and pico de gallo to a bowl. Top with veggie burger, guacamole, and sliced jalapenos.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
