Rice Cake Anytime Stacks
From a mid-morning snack to a fully-loaded meal, this hearty rice cake stack is delicious and filling anytime a craving hits!
Ingredients
1 Dr. Praeger’s Super Greens Veggie Burger
1 rice cake, any variety
sliced tomato
sliced avocado
spinach leaves
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
generous pinch salt and pepper
sesame seeds
Directions
- Cook Dr. Praeger’s Super Greens Veggie Burger according to package instructions. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
- Layer a rice cake with tomato slices, veggie burger, avocado, spinach, and any other desired toppings.
- Mix together tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice, and drizzle over the stack. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, flaky sea salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
