1 Dr. Praeger’s Super Greens Veggie Burger

1 rice cake, any variety

sliced tomato

sliced avocado

spinach leaves

1 tsp tahini

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

generous pinch salt and pepper

sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Cook Dr. Praeger’s Super Greens Veggie Burger according to package instructions. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Layer a rice cake with tomato slices, veggie burger, avocado, spinach, and any other desired toppings.
  3. Mix together tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice, and drizzle over the stack. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, flaky sea salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
