One Pan Meal
Eat the rainbow with this simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring Dr. Praeger’s Spinach Littles!
1 can garbanzo beans
4 cups chopped, mixed veggies of choice (our favorites include: peppers, mixed potatoes, squash, and green beans)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp sea salt
black pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Arrange veggies, garbanzo beans, and Littles onto a large baking pan.
- Gently toss with olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until veggies are fork-tender and edges are crisp.
- Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and enjoy!
