Oaties Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip
Take a dip into this delicious, creamy vegan treat!
2 boxes Dr. Praeger’s Oaties, any flavor
1, 7.5-oz package vegan or dairy cream cheese
2 Tablespoons unsweetened pumpkin puree
2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cook time: 10 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
- Cook Dr. Praeger’s Oaties according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
- Use an electric hand mixer or whisk to thoroughly combine.
- Taste the cheesecake dip, and adjust as desired.
- Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl, or air-tight container if storing for later.
- Remove Oaties from the oven, and cool slightly.
- Serve with seasonal fruit, and enjoy!
