2 boxes Dr. Praeger’s Oaties, any flavor

1, 7.5-oz package vegan or dairy cream cheese

2 Tablespoons unsweetened pumpkin puree

2 Tablespoons real maple syrup

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes

  1. Cook Dr. Praeger’s Oaties according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Use an electric hand mixer or whisk to thoroughly combine.
  4. Taste the cheesecake dip, and adjust as desired.
  5. Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl, or air-tight container if storing for later.
  6. Remove Oaties from the oven, and cool slightly.
  7. Serve with seasonal fruit, and enjoy!
