Littles Cube Lunch
Little hands love a colorful, assorted lunch! Swap in any of your kiddo’s favorite fruits and veggies – this can be made any time of year, since Dr. Praeger’s Kale Littles are always in season in the freezer aisle!
Ingredients
1 Package Dr. Praeger’s Kale Littles
¼ large cucumber, sliced
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup garbanzo beans
1 small orange, sliced into triangles
Directions
- Cook Dr. Praeger’s Kale Littles according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, wash and slice assorted vegetables and fruit, and add to a large-cube silicone ice tray with, leaving 1-2 spaces free for the Kale Little
- Once the Kale Littles are cool enough to handle, add them to the empty slots, and serve!
