Lettuce-Wrapped Perfect Burger
A saucy, cheesy stack with all the veg and protein and none of the bun.
4-6 iceberg lettuce cups
1 small tomato, sliced
1/2 small white onion, sliced
2 slices American or cheddar cheese, vegan optional
Ketchup, mustard, and other sauces of choice
- Cook Dr. Praeger’s Perfect Burger patty according to package instructions.
- During the final minute of cooking, carefully add the cheese slices to the Perfect Burger patty, and return to the oven to melt.
- Arrange 2-3 pieces of lettuce in a stack for both the top and bottom “bun.”
- Assemble the burger and toppings onto the lettuce. Drizzle with sauces of choice. Top with remaining lettuce.
- Enjoy immediately!
