1 Dr. Praeger’s Perfect Burger patty

4-6 iceberg lettuce cups

1 small tomato, sliced

1/2 small white onion, sliced

2 slices American or cheddar cheese, vegan optional

Ketchup, mustard, and other sauces of choice


  1. Cook Dr. Praeger’s Perfect Burger patty according to package instructions.
  2. During the final minute of cooking, carefully add the cheese slices to the Perfect Burger patty,  and return to the oven to melt.
  3. Arrange 2-3 pieces of lettuce in a stack for both the top and bottom “bun.”
  4. Assemble the burger and toppings onto the lettuce. Drizzle with sauces of choice. Top with remaining lettuce.
  5. Enjoy immediately!
