1 Dr Praeger’s Sweet Heat Beet Veggie Burger
1 bunch kale
2 tablespoons tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup green peas
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon hemp seeds


1. Cook Sweet Heat Beet Veggie Burger according to package instructions. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.

2. Tear kale into a large bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds. Add tahini & lemon juice. Massage with hands for 1-2 minutes, or until bright green and tender.

3. To the kale, add veggie burger pieces, bell pepper, green peas, walnuts, and hemp seeds. Stir, and enjoy!
