Four Potato Puffs Skillet Nachos
Nothing is more bright, colorful and not to mention delicious than Skillet Nachos featuring Dr. Praeger’s Four Potato Puffs!
Ingredients
2 boxes Dr. Praeger’s Four Potato Puffs
½ cup black beans
½ cup pinto beans
½ red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup red onion, diced
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup guacamole
1 avocado, sliced
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2-3 pepperocinis, to garnish (optional)
Directions
Serves: 4 – 6
Cook time: 20 minutes
Directions:
- Prepare Dr. Praeger’s Four Potato Puffs according to package directions.
- Add Puffs to a large skillet. Top with beans, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Dollop with sour cream and guacamole and sprinkle with cilantro, avocado slices, and optional cheddar cheese. Add pepperoncini, if desired.
- Dig in!
