2 boxes Dr. Praeger’s Four Potato Puffs

½ cup black beans

½ cup pinto beans

½ red bell pepper, chopped

¼ cup red onion, diced

¼ cup sour cream

½ cup guacamole

1 avocado, sliced

¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2-3 pepperocinis, to garnish (optional)


Serves: 4 – 6
Cook time: 20 minutes


  1. Prepare Dr. Praeger’s Four Potato Puffs according to package directions.
  2. Add Puffs to a large skillet. Top with beans, bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. Dollop with sour cream and guacamole and sprinkle with cilantro, avocado slices, and optional cheddar cheese. Add pepperoncini, if desired.
  4. Dig in!
