Ingredients

1 box Dr. Praeger’s Sweet Heat Beet Veggie Burger

2 cups loosely packed leafy greens

1 large cooked beet, sliced

1/2 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup raw walnuts

1/4 cup cooked chickpeas

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

 

Directions

  1. Cook Dr. Praeger’s Sweet Heat Beet Veggie Burger according to package instructions. Cool slightly.
  2. Arrange greens, sliced beet, avocado, walnuts and chickpeas in a large salad bowl.
  3. Add the cooked veggie burger, and drizzle with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Enjoy immediately!
