For the Burger

1 tbsp olive oil

2 Dr. Praeger’s Perfect Burger patties

1 sesame seed bun + 1 extra bottom bun

1 piece American or cheddar cheese of choice

¼ cup shredded romaine lettuce

2-3 tbsp minced white onion

1 medium dill pickle, sliced thinly

2-3 tbsp burger sauce, recipe below

½ package Dr. Praeger’s Four Potato Puffs, optional

For the Burger Sauce

¼ cup natural mayonnaise

1 tbsp minced pickles, or pickle relish

1 tbsp minced white onion

1 tsp white or apple cider vinegar

¼ tsp sweet paprika

¼ tsp garlic powder

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Prepare Dr. Praeger’s Four Potato Puffs according to package instructions, if using.
  2. Prepare the Burger Sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Taste, and adjust for seasonings. Set aside or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with the olive oil. Cook the Perfect Burger patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until crisp on the outside and completely heated through.
  4. Assemble the burger: arrange the first bottom bun with cheese, sauce, minced onion, shredded lettuce and a cooked Perfect Burger patty. Add the second bottom bun, and arrange with another layer of sauce, lettuce, onions, pickles, and the second Perfect Burger patty. Cover with the top bun, and serve with Puffs, if using. Enjoy!
