4 Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burgers

1 package Dr. Praeger’s Carrot Puffs

1 cup halved purple grapes, + more for serving

1 green apple, diced

1/2 cup diced celery

1/4 cup raw walnuts, chopped

3-4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise or greek yogurt

1 head of bibb or butter lettuce, washed and trimmed

1 bunch vine-ripened tomatoes, halved or quartered

generous pinch of sea salt and pepper, to taste

generous drizzle of olive oil

lemon wedges, for serving


  1. Cook Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burgers and Carrot Puffs according to package instructions.
  2. Combine the grapes, apple, celery, and walnuts in a medium mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise or yogurt, and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Divide the lettuce into two large salad bowls. Arrange each bowl with two California Veggie Burgers, and half of the Carrot Puffs, Waldorf mixture, and tomatoes.
  4. Generously sprinkle each salad with sea salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with lemon wedges, and enjoy immediately!
