1 Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burger

1 cup arugula

½ cup chickpeas

½ cup sweet potato crinkle fries, or ½ roasted sweet potato

¼ cup roasted brussels sprouts

¼ cup halved cherry tomatoes

1 handful fresh microgreens

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

½ avocado, sliced



  1. Cook Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burger according to package directions.
  2. Assemble: add arugula, chickpeas, roasted sweet potato or fries, Brussels sprouts, cherry tomatoes, and micro greens to a large salad bowl.
  3. Top with California Veggie Burger, drizzle with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Top with sliced avocado and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!
