California Veggie Burger Collard Wraps
Wrap up the California sunshine in these bright Collard Wraps featuring Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burgers!
Ingredients
Serves: 3-4
- ½ cup shredded purple cabbage
- 2 carrots spiralized, or shredded
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 bunch collard greens (6-8 large leaves)
- 2 cups hummus
- 1 avocado
- 2 Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burgers
Dipping Sauce:
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Dice California Veggie Burgers into ½ inch pieces and bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly brown and crispy
- Spread a spoonful of hummus onto a large collard green leaf
- Add carrots, cabbage, and tomatoes, avocado, and veggie burger pieces
- Fold the leaf edges inwards and roll up tightly, cut the wrap in half through the middle
- For the dipping sauce, simply whisk all the ingredients together
