Ingredients
- 1 package of Dr. Praeger’s Kale Littles
- 3 tortillas
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
Directions
- Prepare Kale Littles according to package instructions
- Whisk together 3 eggs, then cook on a pan until ready
