Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods® Kid Friendly Frozen Food

Dr. Praeger’s knows that getting kids to eat healthy can be a challenge, so we developed our kid-friendly frozen food to help kids yum up their veggies.

Oaties are now Oatmeal Littles

Our Oaties Oatmeal Dippin’ Sticks have become Original, Chocolate Chip, and Blueberry Oatmeal Littles! They have the same great taste and whole oat goodness as before, but are now available in fun shapes that little hands love to grab and dunk. Oatmeal Littles are gluten free, nut free, and a good source of fiber. They go from the freezer to the plate in minutes for the whole family to enjoy.

Little Bites with a Big Following

We believe if it doesn’t taste good, kids won’t eat it. Our Littles were created to make it easier for parents to introduce vegetables in a fun and tasty way. Littles come in dinosaur, teddy bear and star shapes. They’re quick to prepare and bursting with flavor. They’ve earned a loyal following from tots in high chairs to teens at tables—and adults love them, too!

Catch Some of Our Tasty Fishies

Our Fishies are made from MSC-certified, wild-caught minced Alaskan pollock with a crispy coating and flavor that kids love. It’s a great way to add some protein to their diet while they have fun eating these fish-shaped bites.

Creating Lifetime Habits

Our goal is to inspire a lifetime love of wholesome food. Here are some other ways to encourage kiddos to explore what is on their plates.

Get Adventurous – Encourage a love of all foods by allowing your little ones to literally play with their food; feeling the texture, naming the color, and describing the taste and aroma. Exploring all their senses at the table allows them to be mindful eaters.

Find Balance – Consider what is on their plate to make sure it includes well-balanced nutrition. Aim to fill half of their plate with fruits and vegetables. Check out the MyPlate guidelines to learn more about portion sizes and variety!

Eat the Rainbow – Pick a color theme of the week. Get as many fruits and veggies of that color as you can find, then let the whole family taste them all. Add favorites to your regular shopping list. And don’t give up! Try them again in a month or so because palettes change. The taste and texture of vegetables can change depending on how it is prepared, so remember to try new recipes, spices and herbs when you make a vegetable that your family has not been fond of in the past.
