Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods® Rice Crusted Fishies leave out the gluten but keep all of the crispy, savory taste. Made with wild-caught MSC certified Alaskan Pollock and Non-GMO ingredients, these bite-sized Fishies have 8 grams of protein and a taste that kids of all ages will crave.

Must be fully cooked. Keep frozen prior to use. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary.
Oven/Toaster Ovenpreferred method
Preheat oven / toaster oven to bake at 450°F. Place Fishies on an ungreased baking pan. Bake approximately 9 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and bake an additional 6 minutes, until heated through and well browned.
Preheat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook Fishies approximately 6 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and cook an additional 5 minutes, until heated through and well browned.
