• 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 cup baby tomatoes
  • 2 cups Dr. Praeger’s Puffs (any variety)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Sriracha mayonnaise  (1 tsp. Sriracha mixed with ⅓ cup mayonnaise)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Serves: 6

  1. Chop peppers and onions into, small ½ inch square pieces, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper
  2. Alternate vegetables and puffs onto skewer
  3. Grill for 5-8 mins in a grill basket
  4. Serve with Sriracha mayonnaise
