Ingredients

  • 2 Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burgers
  • 2 everything bagels
  • 1 tomato (cut into 4 thick slices)
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup basil (shredded)

Time: 15 Minutes

  1. Preheat oven / toaster oven to bake at 450°F. Place burgers on a baking pan. Bake approximately 7 minutes until browned. Carefully flip and bake an additional 3 minutes, until heated through. Transfer to cutting board and roughly chop each burger into 4-6 pieces.
  2. Slices bagels in half and assemble by adding tomato sauce, tomatoes, burger pieces, cheese and basil. Return to oven or toaster oven and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
