Any 2 Dr. Paeger’s Veggie Burgers

4 pieces lettuce

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

Peanuts (or any other toppings)


Spicy almond butter sauce:

1/2 cup almond butter

1 tblsp chili oil


  1. Prepare veggie burgers according to package
  2. Make sauce by whisking together almond butter and chili oil
  3. Assemble lettuce wraps with veggie burger, chopped onion and tomato, sprinkle with peanuts and drizzle with spicy almond butter sauce
