Ingredients

  • To be served as a side dip with Dr. Praeger’s Lightly Breaded or Rice Crusted Fishies
  • Makes 1-1/4 cups
  • 1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumber (peeled if desired)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
  • Dr. Praeger’s Lightly Breaded or Rice Crusted Fishies, prepared according to package

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, if using.
  3. Serve with Dr. Praeger’s Lightly Breaded or Rice Crusted Fishies.
