Creamy Lemon Dip
a zesty addition to the table
- To be served as a side dip with Dr. Praeger’s Minced Fishies
- Makes 1-1/4 cups
- 1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup chopped cucumber (peeled if desired)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Pinch of garlic powder (optional)
- Dr. Praeger’s Lightly Breaded or Rice Crusted Minced Fishies, prepared according to package
- Combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in garlic powder, if using.
- Serve with Dr. Praeger’s Lightly Breaded or Rice Crusted Fishies.
