Ingredients

Serves: 3-4

  • ½ cup shredded purple cabbage  
  • 2 carrots spiralized, or shredded
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 bunch collard greens (6-8 large leaves)
  • 2 cups hummus
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burgers

 

Dipping Sauce:

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

 

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 F
  2. Dice California Veggie Burgers into ½ inch pieces and bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly brown and crispy
  3. Spread a spoonful of hummus onto a large collard green leaf
  4. Add carrots, cabbage, and tomatoes,  avocado, and veggie burger pieces
  5. Fold the leaf edges inwards and roll up tightly, cut the wrap in half through the middle
  6. For the dipping sauce, simply whisk all the ingredients together
